Philly Zoo Fun In The Winter Months

Took some time out to visit the Philadelphia Zoo recently. Nice time and no crowds. Lots of animals out and when we got to cold we ventured in the buildings to visit the monkeys, reptiles and small mammals.

A new edition is the rain forest carousel. Beautiful carved animals.

The Amur Tigers were playful and on the move.




Jada enjoyed visiting the petting zoo and brushing the goats.



The Red Panda looked up long enough for me to get a picture before returning to his nap.

Looking forward to the March opening of the new bird house at the zoo. We'll be back for Jada's birthday.
